If you’re wondering what your body is capable of, what you would look and feel like at the very peak of your physical performance, and if it’s too late or too early to reach your
full potential, this is for
you. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never exercised before or if you’re a trained athlete, we will put together the perfect fitness workout plan for you to get you to your peak.

This is a flexible programme and is tailored to you depending on your personal goals, but a minimum of three months is advised to ensure you see and feel real progress.

A minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 workouts per week is what I suggest for my workout plan. This will depend on your goals and lifestyle and will be tailored to your needs.

Intakes will be monthly, on the first Monday of every month

For optimal results, some exercises are ideally performed with equipments. However the same muscle groups can be targeted in the same way without equipment, so alternatives will always be provided for anyone who does not have access to the gym.
